Payment and Delivery

1) You can make your payment by bankwire transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to either of our following accounts:

Akbank, Finasbank, Garanti Bank, T. İş Bank and Yapı Kredi Bank (currency: Turkish Lira)

2) You can use online payment with all kinds of credit kards on our website as a single payment or you can benefit installment facilities with Akbank credit card. In your online payments, the amount will be drawn at the end of your order. In case of possible order cancellations or inventory problems, the refund will be done to your credit card in 3 business days.

3) Price of Order Refund

In case your order is cancelled due to possible reasons, Iyzico Limited Company refunds the amount to your account or credit card in three business days. However, you should notify our company’s finance officials about your bank account or credit card informations.

4) Delivery

We try to deliver the products on the same day as you order. The cargo delivery time for the products whose delivery takes time, is 3 business days as mentioned in the product detail. You will be informed in case of a delayed delivery. Please inform the address of your place of delivery within the day so that the delivery of the product can be done without delay.

Your claims will be processed to be prepared according to the type of delivery you specified at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul based company will be sent by cargo company XXXXXXXX. After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the cargo company in 2 (two) working days at the latest. You can consult our customer representative about the different delivery terms. In addition, cargo delivery are valid only for Turkey

5) Payment Inspection

If the system can not carry out the process for any reason, our visitors are informed about the situation at the end of the payment page.

In case of any error in the specified address, the orderer is informed about the order that can not be delivered.

The validity of the e-mail address indicated by our visitors is confirmed by automatic e-mail sent after the order has been transferred.

We are also responsible for the bank of which we use the credit card system as well as the customer for the delivery.

Please be carefull!

Open and check the packages in front of the company's representative which you think got damaged during the shipment. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not take the product and keep a record to the cargo company. After the delivery of the product it is accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty.

If the product is damaged: Please notify the written record to turkey@phibrows.com as soon as possible.

When you do these, we will start to work on your package and ensure delivery is repeated as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you would like to return the product within this email, you would help us with our product related work.
